Your description says you have a tuner, but your car is not actually tuned?

the cliche is "tune time" described in the subject title

I would say the OP couldnt hurt anything by getting a tune. Might save him a little gas mileage and help pick up a few hp. thats what custom tunes are for. The tune that came with your sct programmer isnt perfect. Its not necessary to get a custom tune at this point. You have to decide whether it is worth the money or not to you

well i ment a dyno tune. i am tuned with the mail order thing.

I'm making 260 RWHP and 301 lb/TQ according to the dyno at Modular powerhouse by tim with those mods.

Tim informed me with his dyno tune..he could probably get me an additional 14 HP or so... seems a bit too much to me.

lol agreed above. your car doesnt have any mods worth paying 500$ for a dyno tune.

your typhoon intake actually robbed you of some horsepower, just FYI. the PI intake is one of the best intakes you can have on a N/A non cammed/ported 2v. the bullitt intake is the only one i think thats better on an NA engine.

what else is there? lol what isnt there. long tubes, cams, blower, nitrous, UDPs, etc... how deep are your pockets?

lol...i just now saw that it's been a long day! Yeah it's not worth the extra $$$ to do a custom dyno tune for you at this point.

I seriously doubt you'll see an extra 14 hp with it either.

K&N typhoon not PP.

i am making 260 HP without headers..i got the dyno sheet right next to me.
Guess some of us got lucky, huh

i might just cam it then. maybe some stage IIs or something i'll have to do more research into cams. I really dont want any worse gas mileage than i'm getting now thats the thing.
