Default help with body work

well i got the stang into an accident, motorcycle slammed into the side of me, and guess what, he didnt have insurance, so it looks like im picking up the tab for this one. i need to replace the bumper, fender, driver door, mirror, and rocker moulding. i already have all the parts and i just dropped them off to get painted. to save some money i am attempting on putting the new parts on myself, by the way, i got an 03/04 cobra bumper. any advice in putting the door, fender and bumper on? any certain order i should do them in? is it very hard to get the door to align right? it might be a pain because i have to use the panel and window and all the guts from my wrecked door and move it all to the new door. will be attempting this in a few days, any advice please let me know!! thanks in advance

Sue the guy. You don't have uninsured motorist on your policy?

i do have uninsured motorist, but they told me that it only covers injury and not the car, and yeah i could try to sue him, but he was rushed to the hospital and stayed in there for a while so he has a ton a bills, so even if i win, who knows when i would ever see the money anyway

Did you at least steal what's left of his bike? Sorry to hear about the accident. I've got a friend who just had to replace a bunch of stuff on his car. I'll try to get a hold of him tonight and see if I can get any info that might help you out.
