Hi im looking to buy a cheap car for the winter and I found a nice 96 gt.. it says it has no power windows, no power locks and no spoiler.. Is that from the factory?
see the thing is, i had a 93 lx5.0, a 99gt, and a 99z28 camaro... Im currently looking for a c5 vette but im going to wait till spring to buy one, so i just want to get a cheap car for the winter. Im not concerned on the speed of it, more concerned of reliability and this car seems to be pretty good.
I know NY gets snow, shouldn't you be looking for some sort of fwd or awd car or 4x4 truck?
yes longisland gets snow, but im still gunna get a mustang for the winter.. I would be getting a c5 vette but its gotta be a dd so im just gunna wait till spring for that and drive a cheap mustang for the winter. and i go to school and lets just say the kids there dont really know to how drive so its one less thing to worry about.
^^^^ Sooooooo your going to buy a Mustang for the winter when it snows because it is cheap? You do know AWD/4x4>FWD>RWD, right? And you do know a Mustang is RWD, right?
I guess I'm just lost and confused as to why you would want to buy a Mustang for winter driving when you can get a cheap fwd car that would do better in the snow then the mustang.

I know the difference between them.. Ive been driving rwd cars in the snow for the last 4 years here.... I am in the market for a c5 corvette, but i decided to wait till spring because I have no garage right now and i dont want to ruin it from the winter months.. Im not buying a mustang for the snow, im buying one because I dont want to ruin the corvette
