Lift it flat all as one piece or the front first and angle it up and wiggle the back end out.

Yeah I am trying to lift from the front and angle to the back and that's what's getting it stuck lol. Just curious if anyone had removed anything to get them out...I have removed all the coils and disconnected all the connections that are in the way. Already broke a clip off where clutch cable mounts in firewall

Ok I finally got them out. I don't know how I managed to get out the pass side but I did. Pure F'in Magic I guess. The driverside I had to disconnect a bunch of other crap and they came out finally. Should be fun trying to get them back in. At least I am prepped for when the cams get here!

DO NOT take the 5 bolts on the hydro boost off. When you take them out, it splits in half and all kinds of springs come out and it's never the same after you put it back together. I ended up replacing mine when I did the heads on my car.

Oh, and BTW, I got my 4v covers on and off without taking anything out of the way. There should be plenty of room for the 2v covers.

Yea I had no problem removing 4V covers either. 2V covers are a piece of cake

Yikes! If you are having this much trouble with valve covers I hope the cam install goes a lot better.
