Default Crower cams gains?

I have a set of 62803-2 Crower Stage 3 cams and was wondering if anyone here was running them. I was just wondering how much I would gain on the top end and how it would affect mid range hp/ torque.

Thanks,
Ben

I believe there is a guy on here that runs them. I forget his name though. Hopefully he'll see this and chime in.

I'm gonna take an educated guess here and say those cams will have a somewhat limited powerband compared to other alternatives. Strong at the very top, but weaker (comparing to other good ones again) everywhere else. This is of course if you plan on staying with the stock heads and intake.

I obviously don't know the specs, but considering that they're stage 3's, you may have some ptv clearence issues as well.

Stage 3
Street/Strip profile.
Emphasis on top end power.
Spring required.
RPM range: 1750 to 6750+ on 4.6L, 5.4L will be lower.
266 Lobe 270

280 Valve 284
220 Lobe 224

238 Valve 242
.590 / .601 Wowzers that is an aggressive cam for stock heads. You will also need new valve springs with those cams.

Yes they were in an engine that I purchases a few weeks ago the thrust bearing had spun and ruined the crank, but to my luck when I took the oil pan on it had scat h-beam rods and new piston(must have just had a rebuild. The guy gave me a slip wich stated the part no from crower and head work that was done (valve job).
Just trying to see how i need to build the engine with the power band

Heavy port job, pretty stout valve springs(most only go to about .600 lift), new retainers, bore the block out(if not already done), and you a forged crank with some nice bearings in there to turn to the high rpm those cams need to shine.
