Default Mustang 4.6 block Vs other ford 4.6 blocks

If you put the internals of a mustang into the block of lets say a crown vic, same year ect. and keep the top end as it was in the mustang, would you loose any power?

Example... 98 pi top end motor with forged internals. But take the forged internals out and put it into the block of a vic, keeping the rest, what would happen?
