Dont buy a CAI..its useless.

Mac lts, n whatever midpipe/catback u wish. Instead of buying a usless CAI get a tuner n firm up your shiftpoints instead.

^ what that guy said.

Youtube for exhaust vids.

I would suggest Mac Ceramic LT's, a catted mid, and the catback of your choice. Happy hunting.

LOUD: Mac longtubes, bbk off road X(or H), and a straight through muffler like SSS or SLP or magnapack
Little less loud: JBA shorty headers, bbk catted x (or h), and again a stright through muffler, i think those sound the best

and the only reason i say BBK is they seem to be affordable midpipes. but for the cat-back it totally depends on what type of sound u like

Your question is a little vague. Give us more details such as your budget, and what kind of sound you would like. There are too many options to just randomly throw out.

Use the search button here, and go to Youtube and Mustang Exhaust to listen to the dozens of different exhaust combos you could run.

+1 the only reason i have one is cause the guy who built my motor took an extra week so he threw in udp's and a cai.

As far as the exhaust goes my votes for mac lts an h pipe and the mufflers all depend on how loud and the sound you want. I know everyone puts down flowmasters cause its the generic for stangs but idk i like em. With my o/r h they dont drone at all your can check my video in my sig for the setup i have (mac lts/ o/r h/ american thunder catback). If you want loud than your probably gonna go with slp lm1s but really your gonna have to search around for the sound you want. Look up videos as mentioned and see what you like best. Good Luck!

i passed with my lts highflow cats and the flowsmasters here in Nj. As long as your cats are working there should be no problem. No matter how long your exhaust is if you have cats its gonna burn the bad emmisions they test for. So wether its lts or shorties as long as you have functioning cats your fine.
