Default HID Kit suppliers?

I've found http://gothidkit.com/ and http://www.omnixautosports.com looking for an HID kit 6000k for my wife's Honda (bulb H4, also known as 9003). The reason I'm looking at going this route is none of the bulbs that we have bought last long at all. Silverstar, luminetics, generic, doesn't matter. They're burned out at 5k miles. I'm looking at doing this for my 04 GT, as well, and OmniX has 893 bulbs, whereas the other does not, but gothidkit.com is cheaper though.

I definitely want a dual kit so I don't lose high beams. Any other places ya'll have used would be helpful, although I am really only interested in 6000k light, so unfortunately, American Muscle won't do.

Thanks so much, do you have the 35W or the 55W kit? Also, did you get fog light HIDs from them as well? Are they calling it 880 instead of 893 like AM?

don't get a dual beam kit, their beam patterns are even less predictable than standard kits. before the site's authorized sponsor comes in and says that everything i know is wrong, read this article. i'm not trying to stop you from buying things you want, just trying to help you make an informed decision.

I have the 55w kit with the 35w kit for the fogs. And yes the 880 with fit, all of the 800 series will fit.

In light of IRSmart's post, do you have the dual beam kit? Also, did you go with the slim ballasts or the raptor kit they have with the thicker ones?

Thanks again.

Would you recommend the "apexcone raptor" or "DDM slim ballistic"?

Do I need to order any other hard ware or "error code correctors"?

Which bulb size would you recommend?

I know nothing about HID kits and they honestly scare me. Thanks for any help.

I have the DDM slim ballast for the headlight with high/low beam(I dont ever use the high beams but its there) the apexcone raptor in the fogs. Ive had them both over a year now they still work flawlessly. For our cars you would need the 9007 bulbs. They come with everything you need, you dont need to buy the extra hardware stuff.
