Default Exhaust For The Stang

hey everyone, well i bought my car from a dealership and have had it for a while, my exhaust is already pretty loud, but idk how to find out what kind of exhaust it is, if its stock or brand name, it looks like it was added on but i dont really know, idk if i should just get a off road x pipe and some new headers and see how loud it is when i put the x-pipe or should i go with the new off road x and new exhaust, let me know what you guys think, thanks

Without knowing how loud your car is or what type of exhaust it has, it's hard to reccommend anything.

Most aftermarket cat backs have their name stamped in the mufflers. They usually have larger aftermarket tips as well (which could also have the company's on them too).

^^^Very true. Take some pictures of the exhaust and post them and we can probably help with pics and/or videos.

Many aftermarket mufflers are a bit smaller then stock to... there are many different things u can check to see if the exhaust is stock or not...

im gonna say its stock. it doesnt sound that loud. go on youtube and look at vids of different stang exhaust. find one you like and go with it.

everyone will tell you their exhaust is awesome....hence why its on their car....so its all how loud you want it and what sound you want.
