Well my trip to National Trail Raceway, did have the results I wanted. I ran the same times after gears and control arms. Doesnt make sense. I am still launching at 3-4k on ET streets so I am thinking I am bogging. Whats your thoughts? I just am afraid of redline launching it and breaking my stock axles before I can get 31's put in.
told you theres alot more in your car ,,yuo just need to work with your launch and tire pressure and you can run faster with the set up you have now ,lemme know next time your going out
Yea there is a lot more potential in my car the way it is. I guess I just expected more from the gear changed. I was running 8.3's at my local 1/8 track before the gears and control arms. So I am just disappointed I am not in the 7's... YET! I think if I could launch close to red line it would get my 60's down and it would definitely get my time down. I just cant break anything that far away from home. I might get 31's put in before the end of summer and run a spool on the street who knows. I will get a hold of you before next time. I had a good time and it was nice meeting someone off the forums. Here is a pic from that evening.

BELOW ARE THE RULES, READ & FOLLOW THEM BEFORE POSTINGYOUR TIMES! I AM DOING THIS AS A SERVICE AND DON'T OWE ANYONE ANYTHING, DO ME THE SERVICE OF FOLLOWING THE RULES
Now here are the rules... any mustang from 96-04. This includes 2v's & 4v's. Can be any 4.6 based motor. You have to have 100 posts to be eligible and be an active member. You can be on the N/A list and N20 list, just have the bottle off on the N/A run. Only timeslips from 2010 are eligible, nothing from 2009 and older are allowed. Everything else is wide open. If you want your times added you must list them in here. I've been around long enough to know what these cars and many of the drivers here run. A copy of your slips are encouraged, if your times seem suspicious I will call you out and require proof. Your times will be removed until proof is given.
Here is how I want to see you format your timeslip post when you submit it. If you do not include everything that I'm listing,Iwill not add your timeslip to the thread. This isn't very difficult and it helps make it easier for me. If you don't have your 1/8 mile et and mph but have your 1/4 mile et and mph, that's ok and vice versa. Good luck to everyone!

New best and first 12 second pass tonight. I almost left but decided to hang around for one more run. I can't explain how happy I am right now especially since there is a lot of room for improvement with my 60fts. Speaking of which, hey 01GT4.6 while you're at it, can you also update my best 60ft to 1.799 that I had a few posts back when you update the thread.
