I think he did it in a hurry cause he put me in at 13.882 instead of 12.882 and forgot to update my 60ft too. Hopefully he'll be on here again soon

I don't know about that with the setup you're running.

I finally got to run at the track after a few weeks of weather delays.

R/T .1504
60ft 1.9424
330ft 5.8134
1/8th 8.9686
1/8th mph 78.40
1000ft 11.6821
100ft mph 90.49
1/4 13.9591
1/4 mph 99.25

N/A 2V

I had a 1.92 60 ft on a 14.02 pass for what its worth.

I am pretty happy since I haven't been on a track in about 5 years, and it was around 90 degrees at 50% humidity. I only got to make 2 passes before having to leave for the night, and will be going back this coming Friday night weather pending. I plan on removing the spare tire, front sway bar, and prob back seat for next weekend. I just wanted to get the baseline for how I drive it everyday.

20 psi in the tires, and approx 96 octane fuel( 91 blended with 103 unleaded).

I might also try a little lower tire pressure next weekend and tweak the launch RPM from 3,000 as I was spinning pretty hard in 1st and 2nd with just a chirp in third.

I didn't powershift into 2nd or 3rd, I think with that and another night like tonight there are some mid to high 13.0's in the car the way it sits.

Maybe you mean high 12.0's???

After seeing your times It's got me wondering what kind of improvements some supsension work can make on my car??? If I only had the money right now... That is a great 60'!!! Have you done anything else other than Mods in Sig?

I have an MSD 2-step, an SCT flash device with a Bamachips tune, and have the front swaybar ripped off. And no, not 12.0's. Maybe some 12.9's, but getting it into the 13.0's would be dropping another tenth off what it ran last night. I'm pretty happy the way it's running but there's a bit more to be squeezed.

That is what I meant by high 12.0's, I should have typed high 12's as in 12.9 something.

Other than the suspension and subframes we are running similar setups, so once I start on that it looks like I can drop over .7 second!!! maybe???

Leavin work to go to the track right now, maybe get some improved times tonight, but it is still 90+ degrees in the evenings right now.

I managed a 13.51 with a setup similiar to yours last season, I think you could knock 4-5 tenths off it the way it sits. Then add in suspension and a better tire and that could knock another 3-5 tenths.

I think I just need a little more favorable track and weather conditions and I think you are absolutely right about 13.5X something. I did manage a little better time this weekend, but again very hot and humid here right now. I lost some MPH but had a little better 60', this was my best run of the weekend at 10:30 at night but was still 90 degrees.

n/a 2V

13.94 1/4 e.t.
99.16 mph
1.88 60'

Jay-rod, What was the DA at the track that night? It seems like you should be easily in the mid-low 13s with your mods and a 1.88 60ft. What rpm are you shifting at?

DA? is that the corrected altitude? I don't know exactly what it was at the time of my best run, but Saturday night exact same temp and humidity I was helping some friends with Junior dragsters and that evening was around 6,100-5,700 as the night went on. Even had a 10-15 mph tail wind this weekend and last.

Here is the exact weather history at time of best run.
22:00 temp 81.4 F dew point 77.9 F pressure 29.83in wind South 4.0mph gust 16.0mph humidity 89% .

Our biggest killer is humidity, 60-90% is a normal day.

I am shifting at 5,800 and have done surprisingly well shifting, spinning slightly in 2nd, and I am even getting a pretty solid 3rd gear scratch. I have tried shifting a little higher 6-6.2K but lost time with similar 60'.

leaving off idle no burnout on mt et streets, shifting at 5k due to maxing fuel system out at 5500 and shifting easy. need to get the slicks on it with the fuel system better and i will get a more accurate time slip for what the car can do

Made some new personal bests this weekend! Finally broke 100 mph as well.

We had slightly better air but not much, density altitude was still 3613.

R/T .0499
60' 1.9076
330' 5.7448
660' ET 8.8782
660' MPH 78.98
1,000' ET11.5728
1,000 MPH 91.22
1,320 ET 13.8335
1,320 MPH 100.11

I should be puttin on some FLSFC's, UPR pro series UCA, UPR pro series LCA, MSD Launch controller, and Shift lift in the next few weeks. Probably won't see any track time until it starts to cool down in about Sept. I you have never been in KS in July and August I wouldn't recomend it as it is miserable to spend time outside.

Don't forget to get the tq. box reinforcements, you'll tear the hell out of the stock ones with those arms.
