i think you would love doing all of that stuff. add FLSFC to your suspension list. your car will feel quicker to you with suspension mods - your putting more power to the ground and losing less energy i acceleration and braking, etc.

all of those things would be great mods though, so it all comes down to personal preference. most members will, as your seeing, say gears right away. i cant argue (even though i have yet to do mine, haha).

good luck!

What is the difference between 360rwhp on the bottle and 360rwhp with a s/c in terms of traction? I ask because you say with nitrous 4.10s are fine but with a blower they are too much gear.

I would run 4.10's with a blower or nitrous. My friend is running 3.73's with his spray and before he built the rear he had 4.10's and the car pulled a lot harder and ran faster times with the 4.10's than it did with 3.73's. Just my experience with my friend's car though. But also go look at most of the members on here that are running spray and have been throughout their builds and you'll see that most of them are running 4.10's, not 3.73's. My friend wishes everyday that he still had 4.10's, or at least 3.90's because his car doesnt feel as fast with the 3.73's as it did with the 4.10's. Just saying.

You didn't answer my question. I've read many times where you say go 3.73s with a blower and 4.10s if your N/A. I know most people run 4.10s on the bottle.

From reading the above quotes of yours, it sounds like you are going back and forth. You say if he isn't going to s/c his car, go with 4.10s. Meaning if he was to s/c it he shouldn't go 4.10s. But now in your last post you say go 4.10s with either a s/c or spray yet in almost every other thread you post in you say 3.73 with a s/c.

^^^ there is alot of variables here as OP did not mention what type of blower, or it he is an auto or manual, and what kind of car he is looking to build, i.e. strip car, weekend cruiser, or DD, alot of roll racing etc.

All these things come to play when selecting perfect gear choice.

sounds like a good start. if you can leav the cats off and be legal, think about doing that. btw dont forget about the bump steer kit. look into sniper tuning too but both good tuners. good luck with your build

Just curious, why motive gears over FRPP?

Also, I have 3.73's and noticed a huge difference. I think for around town driving and highway driving they are perfect.

Thanks! for telling be about the bump steer kit. I wouldn't even have known to get that too.

For the tuners - Is there really any difference between them?

Thanks again for the help!

Wasn't really sure on a brand.

For the gears. I just want one for around town and for the drag strip for some fun.

Thanks for the help too.
