IRS is the independent rear suspension from an 03 cobra. When compared in the stock form to the stock form of the stick axle in our cars, it is far superior in handling and ride comfort. With bushing upgrades, wheel hop is taken care of and the suspension is able to articulate freely and it will handle like its on rails. Add coilovers and adjustable tie rod ends and you got yourself a nasty rear suspension setup. Overall, i want it for the upgrade in handling and ride quality. My first goal is to get it in and get the rear springs cut to give it a good stance, from there bushing kit and adj tie rod ends are next, followed by the coilovers. Im wanting an awesome street stang with good handling and decent ride that can handle most anything i can throw at it. The IRS seems like the right choice for me, although some members think otherwise...jazzer cough cough.

eh....they like to give off a wet fart tone when warming up cold, and or between shifts. looking for something to make the tone crisper but just as loud but not being raspy/poppy and little to no drone

i was looking for a different tone, but life has taken some diff courses so changing mufflers isnn't really justified when i have perfectly working ones on the car.

someday i may change them.
