As far as the nitrous goes, all i can say is DO IT!!! lol. You won't regret it. I'm running a 100 shot with the stock PI heads and the same cams (numbers are in my sig) and it runs like a beast. Now i gotta get to the track.
haha i literally just bought the cams as is and dropped them in without degreeing or anything i just set the timing as you would from the factory

After hearing the Rod's cams came like 6-7 degrees retarded, each, I would have degreed them in the off chance they were very advanced or retarded.

I'm not a fan of dyno numbers as they are very misleading so I'm interested to see what you run at the track.

i dont have a degree tool nor know anybody that has one therefore i had to work with what i had. but i was verrry cautious about the clearance, i must have check everything 100 times over. ill be going to the track next friday. ill see what i can pull off, but im not expecting crazy numbers being that i have these sumitomos and i havent ran a car at the track for about 3 years now

Mustang dynos read notoriously low, if he is making 290 on a mustang dyno he'd probably be making 320-330 on other dynos which not right. 290 is probably the right number but on a mustang dyno they are inflated numbers. Im not trying to be a jackass but Ive probably seen 50-75 or so cars run on a mustang dyno and they have all read very low including my own car.
