I have all the basic bolt-ons already for my 03 GT auto w/ 4:10s but still i want more power. would a good set of cams and heads put me even close to the 400hp range or no? I'm thinkin of goin with the stage 2 comp cams xe270ah with the trick flow twisted wedge heads, is that a good combo?

You can do it, but its going to not be streetable, and VERY costly. A blower is the best way to get power on 2vs. You can get around 350-360 RWHP with the new TF heads and it be streetable however.

350 to 360rwhp isnt bad. Would that keep me next to stock 6.0 gto's or not? So what kind of blower is best for the 2valves though? Twin screw or pro-charging it, what the best bang for the buck?

best bang for the buck, vortech kit that you part together for yourself.

ultimate bad-*** blower, kenne-bell twin screw.

click the link in my sig and check out some of those videos, you can hear all kinds of diff angles and stuff. Yeah they lope pretty good.

I parted mine together for about 3k. I bought a t-trim blower though, instead of the s-trim that people usually buy (the street blower.) So I think ppl are realistically getting away with closer to $2k builds.

Those Cams sounds pretty sick i must say dude but how is the install for the vortech sc fairly easy or something that a mechanic should do for me? I raced my buddys 6.0 gto the other day and got my *** handed to me, his gto is stock 400hp(not sure if thats at the crank or wheels) but i got to beat him so i can talk **** about how much he spent on his car compared to me ?
