Default crashed the mustang in the rain :(

Today i was driving in the rain, going around a turn and the road had like a inch of water running down it. Hydroplaned to far side ways and just couldnt recover it..

slid up across some guys front lawn smashed his fancy bird bath into a million pieces (lol) and hit this like 2 foot high cement wall thing. it was like a part of a walkway to his front steps..(no damage except gay as* bird bath) so glad the cement steps stopped me cause if it wasnt there i woulda hit a truck..

im fine, my gf was in the car.. shes fine she was just scared a bit. no one was hurt, she just has a small red spot on her arm from the airbag.

air bags popped

**** that broke/needs to be replaced:

gonna need a new front bumper:
Radiator got bent back(most likely has holes):
left hand side LCA is bent, gonna need to be replaced:
right side passenger door has 3 dings from where i smashed into the bird bath so paint and body work there:
right side side skirt got ****ed up, needs to be replaced:
right side mirror smashed:
air bags = big $$$.

im gonna have to bend some **** to back where it needs to be, im prob gonna be looking online for the used parts. my hours at work just got cut tremendously, so im looking for a new job. if you guys come across any parts for me that would be greatly appreciated, just post up links!! im gonna try to get a 99 01 cobra front bumper. just gonna do stock side skirts and replace everything else with used ****. my buddy has a auto body shop so ill get the bumper and door painted there.

some pictures for you guys:

ill throw up a few more pics in a few

EDIT: more pics

Glad no one was hurt, but this is just another reason why I do not Daily Drive my car. Mine only comes out on warm, dry days. If you cant afford a nice DD at least buy some kind of beater.

This better be ready for the AM show! haha

Glad you and the girl are ok! Could have been worse. I always get nervous with the puddles on the side of the street. My car always hydroplanes. So i drive in the middle of the road

I'll start looking for parts lol. Sorry about your hours and the car =/

sorry to hear about that but you and your gf are ok which is most important. You learned an important lesson with mustangs, rain, corners, and speed they don't do so well.
