Here is an example of an assembled Forged Shortblock.
If you want to buy your own parts and build the engine yourself it'll probably cost about $2000 for the parts and then you would want to take your block to a machine shop and have them take a look at it and hone it before you get started.
Just google 4.6 Modular Forged rotating assembly and you will find all sorts of results.
My recommendation is get the assembled shortblock drop some stock heads on it, possibly consider some mild blower cams while you are assembling it and be done. Possibly contact and consult with an engine builder and look into having him assemble it.
I really think that in an attempt to save a few bucks and build the motor yourself, the whole thing will end up going catastrophically wrong, simply due to your inexperience. And you will end up with a a huge hole in your wallet and a car that's no faster than it was when you started.
I am trying to help you out and set things up for you so you only need to do them once.

If i got that forged block, id say screw doing a super charger, just throw a 300 shot of nos on it! that seems like it would be allot cheaper. just put it on a WOT switch and hook up like 2 bottles. and by the time you sell the car you might not have spent as much on refills compared to the total cost of buying a supercharger + getting it installed.
