Default Curious?

Ever wondered what are the actual real world results of a 2003 2v vs. 3.7L 2011 Stock Mustang? BTW the 2003 had 4:10 gears, CAI, Exhaust, and lowering springs.. the 2011 V6 all stock..

For more entertainment purpose I found an awesome video of a 5.0 Mustang vs 6.2L Camaro.

Were the cars in the first vid automatics?

EDIT - They ran a 9.3 at 77 in the 1/8th.. That is nothing to smile about..

Not bad for a V6, but I expect alot more out of a geared 2V.

Huge props to the new V6's, they are fast, economical, forged with huge potential for a V6...With that being said, a 9.3 at 77 for the 2011 and slower for the GT? That 2v in that clip is an absolute dog....big props to the V6 though, I'm sure the new 6er is going to ruffle some feathers on the road.

Loved seeing the results of the second vid with the new 5.0!

9.3? Ah come on I run consistent 9.0s and occasionally get 8.7's. That wa with stock gears and street tires. A 2v with bolt ons will always beat a new V6. I busted one the other day by 3 or 4 lengths from 40-90

My Moms automatic 5cyl Jetta could probably beat what that 2v ran in that 1/8th clip
