Centerforce Dual Friction clutch (The Review)
As many of you may already know my spec stage 2 clutch failed
at 5K miles.Needing a replacement clutch I purchased a
Centerforce Dual Friction clutch with a matching Centerforce
steel flywheel. My transmission shop installed it and after driving
for 8K miles and one trip to my local drag strip it has been a
excellent clutch I love it.The Centerforce Dual Friction clutch
is easy and pleasant to drive, but still grabs hard. The engagement
is smooth and positive. The petal pressure is just slightly more than stock
and very consistant when the clutch grabs.I can feel that my Centerforce
Dual Friction clutch has more clamping force than my spec stage 2 clutch
did. Also my Centerforce Dual Friction clutch does not chatter or make
noises like my spec stage 2 clutch did either. The reliability and quality
of this clutch is excellent and it makes for a great clutch to use on
the street or strip. This is the best clutch I ever used.
