Thanks for all the compliments guys... The wheels were just scuffed and resprayed all black with car paint, then cleared... They won't hold up as well as powdercoat, but they should hold up pretty well...
As to the chin spoiler -- i really dont know why it's wavy. It's really not meant to fit this bumper, but it does fit. I can show you pictures of it where its perfect and then i can show you pics of it when its wavy like the ones you see above.. Just depends on what it wants to do for that day hahaha. It doesn't bother me too much seeing as how i dont like the 03/04 chin on the 99/01 bumper and there really isn't another INEXPENSIVE way of putting a quality lip on this kind of bumper without buying the one specifically made for 99/01 models... It adds contrast to the car and without it, the bumper would look even higher off the ground than it already is. Idk why they designed the bumper to cave upwards in the middle... Should have been extended down a little bit as to eliminate the look of 4x4.

Haven't seen any other cars around here with it besides a saleen. Other than that, i have seen ZERO cars with it. Same goes with the wheels. Find me someone out there with the all black bullitts. I'm trying to be a little different than your normal modded mustang
