Sorry, I searched 65 times for a post I saw where someone mentioned sites for people to list used parts for sale, including cams.

Does anyone out there know where to find used cams? Not stock, aftermarket cams for the 4.6.

eBay,craigslist almost any Car forum will have a classified section
in my opinion the Corral and SVTP have the best classified sections

Actually you might want to try Nick at Modular Head Shop. I know he has some sort of trade in deal where he'll take used aftermarket cams in partial trade for new cams. I'm not sure what he's doing with the used ones. It's worth a shot.
