Dude, I've explained it about a dozen times in different threads and it's pretty in depth description but since you wanna be a baby about it I'll explain it all, just for you.

It's a direct swap other than the header mounting points(the horns that jut up on the inside of the headlights) need to be pushed back towards the engine. You do that by drilling holes about 1/2 inch back and that's where you put the push pins in to hold that mounting point in place. The reasoning for this is just because the 03 cobra bumpers come up higher in that specific spot and it hits the hood when you shut it. So if you move it back, it's less likely to hit. And if it does, it's not as much.

Are you happy now?

Btw, you'll need about $600 worth of extra parts other than the bumper itself and then have the bumper painted. It's over a $1000 swap.
