Window switch problemo

For starters I think you need to relax a little and just work through the troubleshooting more slowly. If the WS is not reading right at any time then I would start by bypassing. That way you'll know for sure if the basic set up is working right. If the system works fine with out the switch, and be sure to fully test it, then you can blame the switch. Check the switch wiring and connections and that the settings are right.

This is funny...i have the same problem since the day i put it in, and because of it have still not sprayed yet.
Mine reads fine at idle, if i slowly accelerate it reads fine till about ~4k then goes to 0. If i floor it no matter what it goes to 0.
Ive talked to msd techs etc. Still have no idea. I even sodered to my green wire with white strip. I have heard about faulty ones. Alot of people told me to get a tach adapter so i will try that next. I guess the only other thing would be to sand the paint off to bare metal(however it said in the msd instructions to ground it to one of the shifter bolts). I have yet to spary the kit. But my purge solenoid does click so idk 100% yet if the kit works like it should.
GL if you figure it out pm me lol
