yea i was getting roasted by a Mercedes s550 and he was still pulling away i gave up and let off it looked like he was going 160+. Fun times over there

i feel like at 170mph and my radar detector goes off i stay on it, im sure you cars probably pretty noticable and all but really they can't prove it, they might get you on some other BS down the road but its probably better than triple the speed limit. ESP if hes shooting radar from a dead stop, you think hes gonna accelerate in excess of 170 before he loses sight of you?

oh and for myself... 136ish, with a pack of cars behind me (4 or 5 cars) going about 120ish. Finished a 45 min drive in about 22 minutes... average speed was probably 105-110ish on 270.... middle of the day but nearly no traffic besides the pack of cars i was rolling with all doing 100+. Was it stupid, hell yes, but its one of the most fun times i've had in my car.

130MPH in my 4V swapped GT. Scary how fast it got there too. Barely gotten to 70MPH in my 98, but I pulled the motor two days after getting it.

The fastest ive gone is around 140. Would of gone faster, but there was a turn up ahead and didnt want to get thrown off the road.

I beg to differ sir. I take my car to 125 about once a week in Tulsa. I have taken mine to around 160mph before. Went past 150mph so not 100% how fast it was.
