i remember reading a post or a sig that says something about getting cams for the sound is pointless and some other stuff so i wouldnt get a cam bc u like the sound but the performance gains you will get

Yes the FRPP Hot Rod cam will give you about a 30hp gain. So if my math is right I should be at 320rwhp. Yes the cam sounds badass as well but even if I wen with the 127500 com cam it will still sound good as well perform

Well that's all a matter of perspective though. For drag racing? Sound is pointless obviously.

I could have gotten Comp 127500 series cams which would have given me much better gains then the Thumprs. But not much beats pulling up to a light, and literally everybody in the intersection heads snap around to see what the hell that lopey sound is.... :-)

That is very true Franchi and also sitting behind you at the light is just plain awsome.. I can't hear my car running and you know it's loud lol

Yeah if you have an off road H, AND exhaust, and can't even hear that over mine....well, damn. That **** is loud. lol Esp down High St....
