Found it.. it was absolutley there. Thanks for your persistence.

One more little problem. We simply placed a small metal bar across the engine side of the shifter to secure it to the trans tunnel. This appears to be the exact mod that was done on the MM&FF article. I received the correct plastic console that fits the stock auto shifter, however, the shifter is sitting to high to clip in the plstic console. Can I get recomendations how to secure the shifter.

I never was able to get the stock shifter to fit in and either did the OP. I took the plastic piece off and used the 5 speed shifter boot and wired up my own O/D switch.

The OP made a really nice looking setup but I don't know where the pictures are.

I found out that 5 speeds have an extra welded skin on the tramsnission tunnel that raises the tunnel about an inch. If you want the stock auto shifter to work, you need to eliminate the metal. Hope this saves time for someone.

What all years are verified to have this? I've read both sides of this now.
