seen that vid before. i'd really like to know what that GT has going on beside the blower. less ponies and a lower redline but it still walks the cobra?

Thats just a case of a almost 4k # car vrs a 3300# car. not really surprising.. plus thats an eaton.. not exactly a twin screw.

A roots style blower generates a ton more heat and is a lot less efficient that either the twin screw or centri blowers. There are plenty of fast as KB car out there too LOL. Don't see too many centri cars doing this!!!

Don't see many cars doing that at all, not just with a KB lol

What is a good centri blower, IC'd, that would be good for someone wanting around 400-450rwhp?

Pretty much any supercharger available for our cars will make that kind of power pretty easily. A vortech s-trim, procharger p-1sc, paxton novi-1000, are all entry level blowers and will make 400-450rwhp with ease at 10-12psi with a mild set of cams thrown into equation.

I wouldn't go past 10psi on the stock bottom end. 10psi intercooled out of centri car should get you around 400rwhp with a good tune. If you add a set of cams, you can easily see over 425rwhp on the same pressure.

So what about a Vortech V2-SQ...is that blower capable of easily handling 400-425rwhp IC'd?

Yup, plenty of people running that setup.
