Does any one have concerns with useing meth injection. I have a 96 Cobra newer stock motor with 2.1 non-intercooled KenneBell Blower. Im thinking about buying a Meth kit from SNOW performance. Good idea or bad?

Up to you. I'd just spend the money on buying an intercooler kit from KB.

Lower IATs, ability to run more timing, octane boost and don't need to run race gas. I personally wouldn't run f/i without meth.

thats what happened to my friends diesel truck, it was getting hot so he threw a meth kit on there then pulled the heads for porting or something and he said they looked aweful, and when i was considering a vortech/meth setup i asked a few "guru's" about it and they all said the same thing.

I have never heard that and I know quite a few people running meth. Some on Mustangs and some on other cars with no problems.

I know a few people on the board run meth and I know Ox did with his old setup.

If it will mess up your heads, it will mess up the rotors in the supercharger. But I say an intercooler would be better in my opinion.

I don't think they make a IC for a KB on a 96/98 4V. That is one of the down falls with a KB on a B head
