They are pretty quick, I raced a newer one and it was pretty close. If it wasn't for my gears he may have got me.

It is fine if you hurt yourself doing something stupid, but completely unacceptable to hurt someone else as a result of stupidity.

The best way to prove your point to your friend is to do it at the track with a fair start and timeslips to prove how much you beat him by. Practice your take-offs until you can do it without much wheel spin and you should be good to go.

yea im done with street stuff, just like trueblue said i dont wanna hurt other ppl let alone myself. gonna go hit up a local track soon and put up some times. i got bbk intake, headers, off road h pipe, and flowmasters, and pulleys
