BOSCH iPHONE DYNO!

Its not rocket science... your iphone has a triaxial accelerometer. The part you have to be correct on is the weight of your car.
If your iphone is sturdy, and the weight is correct the numbers will be close.

You can calibrate and set it so that it won't start until you've moved more than 1-12 inches or trigger it based of off G force applied. Like braking. It will kick in once it feels a negative G from the forward motion and then track your braking distance. I did a .7 G turn which was kinda cool, I have adjustable coils, front and back.
I think it's cool. During lunch we took out my friends SRT 8 Challenger and got it down to 6.1 seconds to 60 mph. Car and Driver says that that car should be able to do like 5.2 seconds to 60, we're not race car drivers and again, we're on some back road on FT Bragg duh.
It's free, whats to lose. Get a friend in the passenger seat and give it a try.

Yup what he said just not as fancy. It has a motion sensor that can measure motion on all axis' in G force, GPS signal and a clock. You only have to get the weight of your vehicle down and the rest is used to factor in time, mph, acceleration, HP and G force (on turns, forward or braking etc).

I have dynolicious which I think bosch is based off of. It seems really accurate. I have only got to try it once but the times seemed spot on.
0-60 7.6
0-100 14.4
1/4 15.5 @ 104 mph
I did start in 2nd from bout a 5mph roll because I was on a back road though.
The only thing that seems to be off is the hp numbers. I have a 99 gt with cai only and it says 248 hp at the wheels and 310 at the crank which cant be right.

i downloaded some generic one, and tried using it
doing several things wrong *mainly, not securing the Iphone so it doesnt fly around in the passenger seat lol*
but it gave me everything from a 14.95 with a 2.99 60' to a 15.32@108 wth a 2.9 60'
strange because i let off the gas well before 70 on both of those runs lol
