Well......

Today was the big day.
Got the base tune on my car done, and fired her up.
Everything seemed perfect
and than the belt started shredding
after checking it out, seems that the alternator pulley from the 8 rib conversion I had one too many spacers and it was about 1/4" out too far, causing this. Was unable to get the belt I need anywhere, but got the pulley appropriately spaced out, and will have the belt on Monday. Absolutely no leaks (knock on wood) and the car sounded awesome. Of course, I forgot to get a video, but I'll get one on Monday for everyone!

yeah it sounded funny at the end, its actually just my camera getting distorted. I was just using a point and shoot camera as a video but it was actually just the blower whining

Wow man... I've been watching the progress of this car for years. Hell, I remember when you used to talk about how low miles your car was so you weren't going to do anything to the stock short block. lol

Glad you changed your mind because this is awesome!

haha thanks a lot bro. You know how the mod bug is, I basically went from swapping non pi cams to pi cams...and at that point just decided to make it a 2 year build lol. But I'm very happy w/ how it turned out and now can finally start to enjoy the car
