Granted I have sold some of the parts that are in that total but I guarantee I didn't get anywhere close to what I paid for the parts.
It wouldn't be so bad if my car was a bad *** but it is slow and looks average
Note to self never look up what you have into a vehicle

I did that once. Right before I tore it all down and sold it to you.

Stop being a little girl about it. I love your car the way it is. I would have sold the blower and traded you straight across the board if you would have taken it. If it were my car, all I would do to it from this point is bump the compression, put the biggest tune able cams in it I could and drive the fire out of it.

All you need is paint and a little bump work and you'll have a bad *** car. If you want more power, stop screwing with the stupid crap and drop in a Termi engine.

I realize "you want it all and you want it now" but you should realize that once you have it all, you'll find more to need.

Sure they are nice cars and all but would hate fopr stuff to go wrong on them.

X5...why not an Eddie Bauer Explorer? Or a loaded Trailblazer? Or a TB SS!!!!
Never had any issues with my Moms old e30 from back in the day or my gf's e36 M3 convertible other than little silly things and it was because the cars were old... My brother hasn't had any issues with his e90. I don't understand why everyone says BMWs require so much maintenance when they are no different than any other car.

Audi and their quattro... different story. ****s complicated as hell.

Nerd, ever consider a 4Runner?

I know of one X5 that has over 175k on it and they haven't had any issues with it other than service and maintenance.

Screw the break in, the break in for my clutch was pulling it out of the garage and on to the road to do a 130 pull
