I was driving to the fair grounds and on the way was some construction. I was going 60 in a 65 in the slow lane and heard a BOOM! Pulled over and heard a hissing sound. The shoulder was small and barely fit my car. I had to exit out of the passenger side. I thankfully was able to limp the car to the nearest exit and find a parking lot. My gf's brother came over with his sixxer donut since I don't believe in carrying excess weight (I may rethink that now) and we got it on. His donut was too small and didn't clear my rear calipers. Then my gf's mom's bf came through with his 300c and thankfully the car has the same bolt pattern as ours. You can best believe that I'll make a claim to cal-trans shortly about this. Hella irritated!
