mark VIII swap
ilv been researching and have decided to go with a mark VIII swap i found a cheap 94 and 95 Mark VIIIs and i am wondering if anyone knows any things i should replace on these engines before i swap it in. I was thinking intake gaskets, headers gaskets(going lt), water pump, and oil pump?

Depending on the mileage of the motor I would probably just do a little gasket/seal freshen up on it before putting it in. New Rear main seal while its out, front seal, oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets, etc etc. I would also put new plugs and wires in along with a new water pump if it was my motor. Do a good visual on the engine to look for grime or signs of past leaks.
