Default wORTH it or not?

I have a 2000 gt with about 111k on the clock. What im wondering would it be safe to put a vortec on there? If so which trim would be better. Also would i have to do anything else other than buy the supercharger? Thanks guys for any input

Do a compression test and see in what shape your engine is in. Mileage is not really that important. It getting beaten on all day is more of a factor...

all cylinders should be within 5% of eachother. If compression is low in any of your cylinders then your engine is tired and it's better to NOT supercharge it...

I agree with the compression test idea. What other performance mods do you have?
