Smile 4.10 or 4.30s

I have a 2002 Mustang GT, I have 3.55 gears in the car now and I just want a gear that pulls a lot harder. The car has the current list of mods, S&B coldair kit, 78mm BBK trottle intake, professional products intake manifold, 30lb injectors, 270 comp cam, BBK long tube headers, underdrive pulleys, stock T3650 transmission w/ RAM clutch, 255lph SVT fuel pump and a custom SCT dyno tune. Thanks for all the help!!

IMO if it's mainly a street car i'd do the 4.10's personally. If it's mostly going to be strip car (with no major power adder down the road) i'd go with 4.30's. That's just me though.

What kind of numbers do you throw down with your current setup?

I'd go 4.30's personally. I had 4.10's and wish I had gone 4.30's.

It's kind of a toss up in your situation. You will be fine at the track with 4.30s given your cams will allow for a higher rpm crossing the traps vs the usual bolt-on car which is just making noise up past 5500rpm. I'd probably go 4.30s if I were you and even be looking at 4.56s if you were running an auto.

But I definitely am not looking at this from a DD standpoint. Some people hate higher rpms on the freeway. I will say that the rpm difference at freeway speeds isn't really significant IMO between 4.10s and 4.30s. I think it's like 150rpm difference

Troll, you never had 4.10s or 4.30s in your car period. OP: 4.30s NA without a doubt.

Ok, so according to cliff's calculator, you will only see about 50-100rpm difference at cruising speed with 4.30's over 4.10's. At 60 with 4.10's, you are sitting on 2000rpms, at 60 with 4.30's, you are sitting somewhere between 2050-2075rpm...not that big of a difference. And you'll be at 3000rpm at 85mph with 4.30's, which isnt terrible at all.
