Thanks guys, it's been pretty rough lately, seems like it just wants to get worse and worse before it gets better. I'll still be on here as much as I can, i really hope I can get back in the game soon!

I hate these stories. It could happen to any of us. That money won't go to far. I hope something works out for you VERY soon! That wasn't a TERRIBLE sale. It could have been a little better. But, it was 11 years old.
