question about changing pulleys on s/c

When you first put this v.1 S trim vortech on ur ride, did you happen to have a massive air/fuel problem with the engine running too rich? Also, what boost are you running on it? Because I am currently running 15 psi and I am pretty sure the my blowoff valve was completely ****ed- Curious
