Chrome. If black, you might as well delete it.

i wouldve went with the chrome as well..if you're gonna use the horse i'd wanna be able to see it from 10 feet away...a guy around here painted his horse black and it looks like one of those "hey what's that?" kinda things, hard to make out from a distance...nothing like the punch of a chrome horse

Well...I did really like the black horse. But I am more of a traditional guy. I suppose if I wanted to deviate from the factory chrome horse I would keep the snake.

You know what...after reading that I've changed my opinion. Thats a good point man. I suggested black because of the whole white/black theme...

i had the same thought as you with the white/black at first glance, but then i thought of this kid in town's red/black theme with the black horse and i had to go with chrome, lol...he ended up just removing the horse completely, wasn't worth having it if it were gonna be black

Plus I hope to someday bolt on some chrome FR500's on my car. White/Black = sex. White/chrome = sex.

Wouldn't black be difficult to see against the dark opening behind it? If it was black in front of a chrome grill, something that would make it stand out visually, that might be cool. But in that grill-less opening, I say you gotta go chrome.

Glossy black might have looked OK for shows when people are up close to the car, but otherwise you cant see it so I would have gone with chrome too
