are the cobra yoke and gt the same when swapping to a T56?

Here's exactly what you need.
99-01 cobra ds
28 spline trans yoke from the 03 04 ds
The 3650 is a 31 spline yoke off the trans, and will not work on the t56
The 03 04 ds will not work because it is 2" shorter due to the irs and t56.
I can provide ford part numbers if you need them
