Fastlane Motorsports only saw 400RWHP on a Special Edition 5.0 with a Whipple on it @ 5 PSI(A result of having to use ProCal). No 5.0 will be seeing 500HP N/A, plug back in and get real. The 5.0 still has a lot to prove when it comes to modded power. And lets not start talking about the cash sink the boss will be. Market support is also already well established for the Cobra, not so much for a brand spanking new vehicle.
Damn, I guess that doesnt surprise me too much though. I think if I had to choose NOW, I'd go for a Terminator.. now maybe in a couple years Boss would be a better idea

Id still get the Boss, Its n/a, its NEWER, and its got way more potential, and well its a freakin boss lol. But only if your not gonna be putting your credit or anything of the nature on the line

and FYI JPC racing has already made 507rwhp with a Stage 1 Head/cam/boss 302 intake manifold GT..reving to 7800..they'll see 530rwhp shock shortblock easy.

I personally think the new boss mustang is ugly. The only reason I don't own a newer mustang is because I LOVE the simplicity of the sn95s. The cable clutch and throttle are just raw and I love it! I'll look for refinement and comfort in my DD.
