Thanks everyone. I really sat on them tires during the burnout which helped alot along with good track prepping. The 2 step is what really helped along with my new tune I think. I had it set at 3500 and I was doing 13.0-13.1 but bogging down. Put it up to 4k spin slightly and bam hit 12 every time after that. With weld wheels and skinnys with Hoosiers I'm thinking I'll see 12.3-12.5 with better tire and lighter wheels cuz those 9" and 10.5" cobra wheels are so damn heavy
Low 12's with a bolt-on gt? If you can do it, more power to you. But I gotta have to think that's gonna be super difficult. Even with better traction from slicks and the weight reduction of the wheels.
