Default whatever u do don't strip out a header bolt!

i stripped out a header bolt SOMEHOW it was a PITA to fix it. i had to drill through the manifold and into the head and then run a bigger drill bit just thru the manifold so the tap would fit thru. used a 3/8" into the head (meant to only run the 3/8 thru the manifold but went a little far) and then used a bigger drill bit thru the manifold. then ran a 12mm 1.75 tap into the manifold and head(soldered the tap into a socket and used a rachet with oil on the tap) and then put the bolt thru. it acutally worked. so hopefully it holds. its a big thread pitch so i shouldnt have any issues but it was a real pita. woulda been easier if i would have taken the manifold off but i was too lazy to do it lol. i was just excited that i fixed it relativly easy

I usually spin bolts/nuts counterclockwise til I feel a click then thread in. 60% of the time it works every time.
