Exclamation What should i do next?

i just bought a 03 mustang gt on friday and i was wondering what i could do next on a budget. it already has steeda exhaust, headers, C&L air intake, throttle body, lowering springs, struts, and some adjustable plate where the strut tower is idk what it is called. but i don't want to supercharge or any thing. i want to make torque and horsepower gains. and also some suspension upgrades.

alright i was think something along those lines. and i also rather have more torque bc i like racing red light to red light and on a track not wide open roads any other ideas i was thinking like a sub frame connector and some strut bars or sway bars

Definitely sub frame connectors. Makes a huge difference on our cars. Just remember that gears are essentially a torque multiplier. You will get into the power and torque curve much quicker, and fall back into it much better between shifts. In a nutshell, it will make you faster.

Also, you might want to look into drag radials so you can hook...especially since you're a light to light kind of guy. Those with the gears will make a huge improvement in that area.

That doesn't sound good. Is it not under load, and sound like it's revving free for a sec when this happens?

Gears, first number should def start with a 4, 4.10s or 4.30s IMO.
