Default DOHC Valve Covers

I know there are different heads 93-98 and 99-04. but will the valve covers cross over? They all appear to be the same 8 bolt etc.
Thanks

uhh no im pretty sure they are not, due to the coil packs on 96-98 and coil on plugs in the 99-04s i think they are segregated into the years listed.

Am about 98% sure on this.

I'm pretty sure they are talking being able to put 99-04 cam covers on b heads or vice versa. Nah mean?

.... yeah valve covers, cover your cams, valves valvesprings etc etc... they are not interchangable look it up, im pretty sure it has something to do with the coil on plugs in the 99-04 and the coil packs to individual spark plugs on the 93-98s (including mark VIIIs)

I think its possible. Theres a guy who sells COP conversion for our cars and I believe you can swap valve covers to clean it all up

The answer to this question is both Yes and No. Yes the valve covers will bolt to the heads interchangeably. NO it wont work because they are different in terms of the COPs and CPs. So if you were converting a teksid to COP u can swap the covers.

OK I was assuming he knew this difference in the COP/Non Cop when I answered. I sell Covers to people that are swapping from B Head to C Head covers or vis versa all the time

I know there are Coil packs, VS. COP. That's why I'm asking. I plan on building a B head motor, and my 99 GT is COP, so I was hoping I can just install newer "Valve train Component" covers so I can stick with my COP. I know I'll have to buy DOHC COPs vs my stock SOHC style COPs.
