How dumb was this? Left Cam in wrong.

It all depends on ones level of skills and tolerance. It took approx 5-6 hours for me. there's more to it then just swapping cams.
CAI was removed.
The harness needs to be disconnected from coils, inj, etc.
Valve covers removed and cleaned.
Crank pulley, Water Pump pulley, A/C delete pulley, & tensioner pulley were removed.
Power steering reservoir & pump removed.
Front Timing covers has to come off and cleaned.
The tensioners and timing chains had to come off.
Chains were checked remarked.
#1 spark plug was removed to check TDC.
The cams & chains were lined up and tensioners torqued down.
The heads & block were cleaned for gaskets.
Then everything was bolted back together and torqued to specs.
The estimated cost ranges from $600-$900. for 7 hours labor.
