Default Wide rims

Im thinking about these :

http://www.americanmuscle.com/anthra...-set-9904.html

17x10.5's with 315's

I have the stock 17 inch bullits on my car right now, ill leave the front with the stock 17x7.5s or w/e size they are with 245 nitto 555s. How do these rims hold up? are these high quality? Anyone have any comments on the finish of these rims compared to other options?

Would it look better to go wtih 18x10's in the rear and 17s in the front?

I know the tires are kind of ****ty but w/e i guess i dont care that much for the price, ill replace with some quality tires when they wear out.

any comments on the quality of these rims or alternative suggestions wo

The anthracites would match well. I have 17x10.5 Black Bullitts from AM on mine (no pics up yet), and theyre holding up well

Same here, 17x10.5 black bullitts from AM for 3 years now, and they're holding up great.

honestly in my opinion.. Id spend that money on some lowering springs.. That will make your ride look so much better.. Then go with the two back rims.

The sumitomos aren't THAT bad of a tire. A good d/d tire I would say.

You're going to have a formidable amount of understeer with that much of a difference in width. Going UP in size as far as wheel diameter is never recommended. Stick with 17's all the way around.

Mabe 18's all around would solve the wheel gap issue? The 17s and the wheel gap dont look too bad to me, i dont want to lower it and have a harsher ride since its a DD.

you guys think anthracite would be the best finish? i dont think ive ever seen chrome bullits on a silver mustang. Im still looking at rim options. Will appreciate any suggestions.

I also have the 10.5 blk bullits w/nittos & love them. Have u considered the black bullits they would look good with the tinted windows.

I have 17x9 and 17x10.5 "Bullitt" wheels from OE Wheels, and am VERY pleased with them.

We drove down to their shop in Sarasota to pick them up, and they mounted and balanced my tires for $10 a wheel. Also very pleasant people to deal with.

Mine is a DD also.. It isn't harsh to me at all.. maybe you should see if there is anyone local with one of these cars already lowered and take a ride in it. To see if it feels to rough for you. Mine isn't though.
