I dont know what the big deal is with ci's times. If you bother to look around you'll see quite a few bolton gt's running in the 12's. I believe i have a very similiar setup to him minus longtubes, and on big n littles i went 12.76. The only reason it isnt faster is cuz my 275/60's are too big for a bolton car so they're killing me on the 60' and dragging down my gear. If i borrow my buddy's 26" slicks i wouldn't surprised at all to see 12.50's or better. If you can drive them and have good conditions, they have alot more than most people think.

4v more power per mod
Handfull of n/a stock long blocks in the mid to high 11s. Fasest I've seen on M1R was like an 11.2. Fasest auto I've seen was a c4 on svtp went 11.6 so far, which I think has a little more in it
Also handfull in the 10s on nitrous on stock long block

Most bolt on 4v's I ran that didn't have gears I would very slowly walk when I was N/A. Now of course, unless you are a ported blower or better cobra, you are still getting walked :-)

I'm afraid its simply too long of a drive... However, GTO's are heavy as hell. I pulled a full bolt on magnacharged 7psi gto a while back. Also, stayed door to door with a cammed and supercharged gto as well. What all is done to your cobra now?
