Ok...as far as affordability goes you are SO up my alley!!! If I don't buy those 10.5" rear wheels right away this is the set I will DEFINATELY get. They are the perfect price and come in the same sizes I have on my car now. They say they are a summer tire though. Do you ride them all year? I live in New Mexico and we have rather mild winters. Either way, what all-season or winter tires should I get in the $100-$175 range/per tire to have for when it get's icy???

Now for the part. They also do not come in anything wider than 275. At least not according to tirerack.com:
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....eModel=S.drive (under the sizes and pricing tab)

Here is the list of tires they have that are 315's (None of the $300 ones I'm basically only interested in the ones that are equeal to or cheaper than the Nitto 555's on American Muscle, which are $220 for the 315's in the rear) [which is the size I REALLY would like on the rear]:
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/TireSe...=1&RunFlat=All

Any thoughts on any of those????

I didn't realize it, but those Nitto NT555's are only $139 for the 255's I'd want to put on the front. So I could get the whole set $280 for the front $440 for the 315's in the rear, so $720 total. The Sumitomo's are $500 for the set I'd want so that's not that bad of an overall difference...only like $55 per wheel on average.

And please ANYONE ELSE feel free to weigh in on this.

i do scrape occasionally but if u watch where ur driving and stay out of the high spots on the road ur good. i drove pretty close to the center line while driving because a lot of the roads out here are high right in the middle. steep inclines are obviously bad for anyone so just turn the wheel and be careful.

my springs have 220,000 miles on them and they have been cut for about 20,000 miles. i have some kyb gas struts and everything else is stock. the ride isnt the greatest but its not unbearable or anything like some will have u believe. its personal preference and if i ever feel like i cant handle a stiffer suspension, ill go back to stock ride height...

I've got HTR-Z II's and I love them. They are a rather soft compound so they stick very well in a straight line and in the twisties as well. They also have a very aggressive tread pattern, nothing like BFG KDW's but still look great. And they have pert near good treadwear to boot.

My buddy has the HTR-Z III's on his Saleen and he likes them as well. Not as aggressive looking but still hook up well and handle corners very well too.
