I wired them in and i wanted to make sure i wired them right so i just plugged them in WITHOUT having the gauge hooked to the fuel or the nitrous is this why they flash because they are reading 0? I didnt have a T for the fuel line so that why there is no fuel and i dont want to turn my bottle on yet since my solenoid isnt wired up yet so that y it isnt reading nitrous pressure. Is this causing the flashing?

Might be flashing due to no signal, or If those are the ones that have the alarm you might need to set the points.
